Pursuant to Charter § 4.12, the City Council Clerk shall post the complete text of ordinances and resolutions required by law to be published for 15 days at the city’s public library at 95 W. Washington Street, Fruth Pharmacy at 10 W. Washington Street, Nelsonville TV Cable at 1 W. Columbus Street, Kroger Food and Pharmacy at 965 Poplar Street and the city building at 211 Lake Hope Drive.
