§ 90.31 REGISTRATION; OTHERS.
   (A)   Any person harboring an exotic snake within the city, who acquired the snake from any source other than a registered pet shop, must register the snake with the Hocking College Department of Natural Resources.
   (B)   Such registration shall consist of the name of the owner and the address where the snake will be harbored. There will be no fee for said registration.
