SCHEDULE II. TWO-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   Traffic on Monroe Street is regulated to be two-way traffic between Canal Street and Fayette Street in the city.
   (B)   The parking is hereby restricted upon the east side of Monroe Street between Canal Street and Fayette Street in the city.
   (C)   Any portion of any ordinances in conflict with this schedule is hereby repealed.
