Holders of valid temporary instruction permits under R.C. § 4507.05, issued by the state, may drive a motor vehicle upon the highways when accompanied by a licensed operator or chauffeur who is actually occupying a seat beside the driver; provided the holder thereof has such permit in his or her immediate possession.
