(A) No owner/operator shall leave an unattached trailer on any city street or highway for longer than four consecutive hours.
(B) No owner/operator of any commercially licensed trailer shall leave the commercially licensed trailer unattached on any street or highway for longer than eight consecutive hours. This section does not relieve the owner/operator from parking in a legal parking space/area while the trailer is unattached.
