§ 76.29 PRIVATE PROPERTY; OFFICER’S DUTIES.
   No person shall remove or cause to be removed any vehicle from a private tow-away zone unless in conformance with §§ 76.30 and 76.31. Nothing in this code shall be deemed to prevent any police officer from towing any vehicle while in the performance of his or her duty. Provided all relevant provision of the city code have been satisfied.
