§ 76.20 OVERTIME PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful, during the hours and times not excluded by this code or by legend appearing on such meter, to park and leave standing in any metered parking space, a motor vehicle at or after the time when the meter displays a notice of expiration of lawful parking time.
