No truck and/or trailer shall park or stop or stand or be permitted to remain on any thoroughfare in the city longer than four hours between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the day following such 9:00 p.m.; truck as used in this chapter shall exclude all vehicles that have a gross unloaded weight of 5,000 pounds or less.
