§ 74.043 SPECIAL ENGINE BRAKES.

(A) The usage of any and all special engine brake is prohibited within the city except when used on public safety vehicles. For purposes of this section, SPECIAL ENGINE BRAKES shall be defined to include, but are not limited to, C brakes, Pac brakes, Tekbrakes or any other type of engine retarder commonly utilized within the commercial trucking industry.

(B) Whoever violates this section shall be subject to a fine of up to $100.
