§ 53.09 SANITARY LANDFILL.

The licensed hauler shall dispose of collected refuse, rubbish, special rubbish and yard waste at a municipal solid waste (MSW) landfill and/or construction and demolition debris (C&DD) landfill licensed by the State Environmental Protection Agency, Division of Materials and Waste Management.
