The sum of $150 shall be charged for installation of new sewer taps by the city. The owner shall be responsible for all costs associated with the installation of new sewer taps, and shall be required to post a $500 street bond. The street bond will be returned to the owner upon completion of construction if, in the City Manager’s sole judgment, the street is restored to the same condition as existed prior to commencement of construction. The street bond will be forfeited by the owner if the City Manager determines that the street has not been satisfactorily restored.
