(B) Temporary disconnection.
(1) Temporary disconnection of service due to vacation and the like, a minimum rate charge per month; plus shut off/turn on fee. These fees must be paid prior to services being restored.
(2) If temporary disconnection is requested and property owner does not want to pay the minimum, removal of meter at cost of $250 and reinstallation of meter is $350.
