(A) All properties shall be metered. So long as a meter is in service, whether in use or not, the customer and the property owner shall be liable for the minimum monthly charge. All occupied structures with sanitary and/or cooking facilities having water available via the city’s water distribution system shall be supplied with potable water from the City Water Works and not from an alternative supply system except by approval of the City Manager.
(B) Campgrounds may be run off a single water meter. Billing shall be done in accordance with then current regulation. A campground shall be defined as is contained in Ohio Administrative Code 3701-26-01.
