§ 50.01 TAPS; CONNECTIONS TO SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER AND WATERLINES.
   The rates to be charged for taps and connections to sanitary sewers, storm sewers and waterlines within or without the corporate limits of the city shall be as established by City Council.
