§ 37.022 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.
   The funds collected under the provisions of this chapter at the rate of 1.75% shall be allocated as follows: 1.5% percent shall be allocated to the General Fund and 0.25% shall be allocated to the Capital Improvement Fund.
