This section hereby establishes guidelines and policy for restitution collecting practices in reference to any outstanding debts, fees, fines, costs, or monetary obligations owed to the City of Nelsonville as a result of actions or infractions of public servants or officials that have led to financial liability, as set forth in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 59-23, passed 10-23-2023, which is incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
