(A) This section hereby establishes guidelines and policy for all City of Nelsonville elected and appointed officials to follow, as set forth in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 55-23, passed 9-11-2023, which is incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
(B) This policy shall be read in conjunction with the already existing Rules of Nelsonville City Council.
