§ 36.61 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The City Auditor is authorized to issue and promulgate additional written rules and regulations to assist in the administration and enforcement of this subchapter and operators must comply with the same if they have received written copies thereof at least 30 days prior to the effective date of such rules and regulations.
