§ 36.54 UNLAWFUL TO PROHIBIT INSPECTION.

It shall be unlawful for any operator to prohibit or hinder the City Auditor, or his or her agent, from making any examination or audit as authorized by this code of ordinances or the Ohio Revised Code.
