(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.30 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any owner, or designated agent, who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor with each rental dwelling unit and day of violation constituting a separate offense. A second and subsequent offense within a calendar year shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
