(A) A schedule of fees for an original, single unit residential dwelling or certificate covering two or more units in a single building, change or amendment of application information, certificate of renewal or new ownership shall be established by separate ordinance.
(B) The City Council hereby establishes a fee of $30 for each dwelling unit subject to this chapter.
