§ 155.07 REGISTRATION TERM AND REMOVAL.
   Registration shall be made within 90 days of the enactment of this chapter. The term of the certificate of registration shall be valid so long as all of the original information and all fees established by separate ordinance are current. Sale or transfer of property shall cause the certificate to expire and be no longer valid. Any new owner shall make new application for a certificate of registration for each residential dwelling unit prior to closing so as to maintain a continuous record of ownership in case of damage, vandalism, premises condition or other requirement necessitating public notification to the owner, but in no case more than five days after sale or transfer.
