Conditional uses requiring approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals include the following:
(A) Bed and breakfast;
(B) Cemetery;
(C) Child day camp;
(D) Child day-care center;
(E) Church or place of religious worship;
(F) Community residential facility;
(G) Convenience business or service establishment;
(H) Club;
(I) Group home;
(J) Neighborhood business;
(K) Professional office; and
(L) Type A family day-care home.
