Conditional uses requiring approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals include the following:
(A) Adult group home;
(B) Bed and breakfast;
(C) Cemetery;
(D) Child day camp;
(E) Child day-care center;
(F) Church or place of religious worship;
(G) Community residential facility group home;
(H) Convenience business or service establishment;
(I) Home occupation (see § 153.123);
(J) Neighborhood business;
(K) Parking lot;
(L) Two-family dwelling; and
(M) Type A family day-care home.
