§ 153.026 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

   Principal permitted uses include the following:

   (A)   Adult family home;

   (B)   Family home;

   (C)   Foster family home;

   (D)   Foster home;

   (E)   Permanently sited manufactured homes and industrialized units, except in the Historic District, as herein defined in § 153.004, where they are prohibited;

   (F)   Public park, playground or playing field;

   (G)   Public service facility;

   (H)   Replacement of existing trailers, mobile homes, manufactured homes and industrialized units in accordance with § 153.179;

   (I)   School;

   (J)   Single-family dwelling;

   (K)   Supported living home;

   (L)   Type B family day-care home; and

   (M)   Accessory use.
