All businesses operating as junk yards, salvage yards, wrecking operations, auto storage or scrap tire storage facility, as outlined in § 153.004, to erect and maintain a solid fence on all sides of the premises, except where there is a building which obstructs the view of such premises, as specifically outlined in “Exhibit A” attached to the ordinance incorporated herein this section and incorporated herein by reference.
