(A) The municipality is hereby divided into zoning districts which regulate the general location of structures and use of land.
(B) These zoning districts are:
(1) R-1 Single-Family Residential District;
(2) R-2 Multi-Family Residential District;
(3) M-1 Mobile Home Residential District;
(4) C-1 Downtown Commercial District;
(5) C-2 Highway Commercial District; and
(6) I-1 Industrial District.
