§ 35.05 ANTI-DISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN.
   (A)   An anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” to Ordinance 38-15 and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted.
   (B)   The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign said plan on behalf of the city.
