§ 35.04 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN.
   (A)   The city approves the district solid waste management plan.
   (B)   The Clerk is hereby directed to send the District a copy of the ordinance incorporated herein via mail to the attention of the District Coordinator, Athens-Hocking Solid Waste District, P.O. Box 693, Athens, Ohio 45701.
