§ 34.078 FIRE CHIEF AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE THE HOURS OF WORK.
   The Fire Chief is given the authority to change the hours of work in the Fire Department from hourly shifts to a platoon system as soon as he or she obtains consent from the labor union and manning requirements can be met.
