§ 151.245 COMPACTION OF FILL.
   All fill underlying a proposed roadway shall be compacted to a density of 95% or greater. Inspection of fill shall be conducted by the sub-divider’s engineer and the City Engineer or County Engineer. The sub-divider shall have the material tested by a responsible testing company at his or her expense.
