The applicant shall build and pay for all temporary improvements required by the Planning Commission and shall maintain those temporary improvements for the period specified by the Planning Commission. Prior to construction of any temporary facility or improvement, the sub-divider shall file with the City Manager a separate performance guarantee in an amount equal to the estimated cost of the temporary facilities, which shall ensure that the temporary facilities will be properly constructed, maintained and removed.
