§ 151.180 PAVING MATERIALS.
   (A)   Design and choice of paving materials used in pedestrian areas shall consider such factors as function, climate, user characteristics, availability, cost, maintenance, glare, drainage, noise, appearance and compatibility with surroundings.
   (B)   Acceptable materials shall include, but are not limited to, concrete, brick, cement pavers, asphalt and stone.
