(A) The sub-divider has the option of using any of the following base courses, based on recommendations of the City Manager as to soil and traffic conditions: aggregate, bituminous aggregate, asphalt concrete or equally suitable base course.
(B) Thickness shall be as listed in Table 9 in § 151.135, based upon the physical properties of the base course used and the physical properties of the roadbed.
