Minimum street pavement widths shall conform to the standards of these regulations. Where pavement widths greater than those specified are deemed necessary by the City Manager and approved by the Commission, the city shall bear the extra cost of providing the width beyond the requirements of these regulations. Street widths are specified in Tables 4 in § 151.115 and Table 5 in § 151.116.
