§ 151.123 STREET AND WALKWAY LIGHTING.
   The Planning Commission may require the sub-divider to install street lights in accordance with standards and specifications of the City Manager, with consultation provided by the local electric utility company, in each residential subdivision which contains a majority of lots with an individual lot width of 100 feet or less at the front property line. Such lights shall be located at each street intersection within the subdivision and at other locations deemed necessary by the City Manager. Street lights shall be designed, with appropriate lamps and reflectors, to minimize light pollution.
