Design standards and required improvements to arterial streets and roads are contained in Table 2 below. Construction design criteria of these streets are to be determined by the City Manager when such streets abut or cross the proposed subdivision. Certain improvements may be waived upon recommendation of the City Manager and after review and approval by the Commission. In all cases, right-of-way dedications shall be required for streets leading to new subdivisions.
