§ 151.062 SUBMISSION TO STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
   Any subdivision plan within 300 feet of the centerline of a proposed new state highway or a state highway for which changes are proposed, or any land within a radius of 500 feet from the point of intersection of said centerline with any public road or highway requires that the Commission, or its representative, give notice by registered or certified mail to the State Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as “ODOT”. If ODOT notifies the city that it shall proceed to acquire the land needed, the application shall be refused.
