§ 151.029 APPEAL.

Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by these regulations or the actions of the Planning Commission has all rights to appeal to the City Council or to appeal as set forth in R.C. Chapter 711 or any other applicable section of the Ohio Revised Code.
