§ 151.027 REVISION OF PLAT AFTER APPROVAL.
   No change, modification or revision shall be made in any plat of a subdivision after approval has been given by the City Council, and endorsed, in writing, on the plat, unless said plat is first resubmitted for review and approval by the Planning Commission and the City Council, or its designated representative.
