(A) Failure to comply with stated time periods of these regulations shall result in the expiration of the application and associated Planning Commission and City Council approvals. Before expiration, the sub-divider may provide a letter stating why these time periods cannot be met in requesting their extension.
(B) The sub-divider is solely responsible for knowing expiration dates and meeting or extending them in accordance with these regulations. Neither the Planning Commission nor the City Council shall have the duty, obligation or responsibility to remind or notify sub-dividers of approaching expiration dates.
