§ 34.001 OFFICE OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES MERGED.
   The office of public safety and the office of the Director of Public Service are hereby merged, and the City Manager shall assume responsibility for the merged department.
