(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.30 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this subchapter, or any amendment or supplement thereto, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in accordance with R.C. § 2929.21(D). Each and every day during which such discrimination continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
