(A) (1) Any person who resides in this state and who intends to obtain possession in this state of 1.4G fireworks purchased in this state shall obtain possession of the 1.4G fireworks only from a licensed manufacturer or licensed wholesaler.
(2) Each purchaser of 1.4G fireworks under this division shall transport the fireworks so purchased directly out of this state within 48 hours after the time of their purchase.
(3) This division does not apply to a person who resides in this state and who is also a licensed manufacturer, licensed wholesaler or licensed exhibitor of fireworks in this state.
(B) No licensed manufacturer or licensed wholesaler shall sell 1.3G fireworks to a person who resides in this state unless that person is a licensed manufacturer, licensed wholesaler or licensed exhibitor of fireworks in this state.
