(A) No person shall sell, give away or otherwise dispose of or deliver to any person under 18 years of age any explosives, as defined in R.C. § 3743.01(A), whether such person is acting for himself or herself or for any other person.

(B) Whosoever violates this section is guilty of sale of explosives to minors, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
