§ 33.02 BOARD OF HEALTH UNITES WITH COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT.
   (A)   The City Board of Health and the County Health District are united and shall be known as the City-County Health District.
   (B)   Administration of all health affairs shall be granted to the City Board of Health.
