§ 32.42 PAYMENT FOR UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON EMPLOYEE DEATH.
   The city adopts a policy pursuant to R.C. § 124.39(C) that employees who die while employed shall receive payment for unused sick leave the same as if they had retired.
