(A) City employees of the Service and Fire Department are presently represented by American Federation of state, county and municipal employees.
(B) Their working conditions and salaries are provided in an agreement with the city; similar working agreements are in effect with the Fraternal Order of Police covering police employees.
(C) Copies of these agreements may be obtained from the office of the City Manager.
(D) (1) Benefits and offerings for full-time union employees will match approved language in collective bargaining agreements.
(2) Benefits, offerings and limitations for the Police Chief, Fire Chief, Service Director, Sewer Plant Director, Police Clerk and Deputy Auditor will operate according to past/best practice, employee handbook, and set policies.
