(A) Effective April 1, 2021, the position of Utility Director is deleted and the position of Service Director is created.
(B) Staffing in the Utility Department shall be as follows:
(1) One full-time Service Director;
(2) One full-time Wastewater Operator of Record; and
(3) Ten utility technicians.
(C) The Utility Department pay chart shall be as follows:
