§ 131.18 FILING A FALSE REPORT.

(A) No person shall willfully give false information or false report in the calling, telephoning, summoning or in any way directing the police officer or firefighter or the city in the performance of his or her duty.

(B) Whosoever violates division (A) above shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding $50.
